Rival schools Woodgrove High School and Loudoun Valley High School in Western Loudoun are cooperating to help a Loudoun family in need. Dennis Roos is a Loudoun Valley German teacher. His wife, a former Loudoun County teacher Mary Lee Roos, suffers from Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS).
